Users are responsible for complying with their organization's travel and expense policies.
Travellez is not responsible for disputes between a user and their employer or organization concerning internal policies, approvals, reimbursements, or employment matters.
4. Travel Search Results
Travellez may display travel inventory, fares, rates, schedules, availability, restrictions, and other information obtained from third-party suppliers and technology providers.
Travel information can change rapidly.
Displaying a flight, hotel, rate, fare, room, seat, or other travel product does not guarantee that it remains available until the booking has been successfully confirmed by the applicable supplier.
Prices and availability may change between search and confirmation.
5. Travel Bookings
When you request a travel booking through Travellez, you authorize Travellez and its service providers to transmit the information necessary to process your booking.
A booking is not considered confirmed until a booking confirmation, ticket number, reservation number, or other applicable confirmation has been issued.
You are responsible for reviewing all booking details before completing a purchase, including:
- Traveler name;
- Travel dates;
- Origin and destination;
- Flight or transportation details;
- Hotel details;
- Fare or room conditions;
- Cancellation conditions;
- Baggage conditions;

Traveler names must match the traveler's identification or travel documents where required.
Travellez is not responsible for errors supplied by the traveler or Corporate Customer.
6. Role of Travellez and Travel Suppliers
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Travellez provides a technology and travel-management platform through which users may obtain services offered by third-party travel suppliers.
The underlying flight, hotel stay, transportation service, rental vehicle, rail service, or other travel service is generally provided by the applicable supplier and not by Travellez.
Travel suppliers are responsible for delivering the services they sell.
Supplier terms may apply in addition to these Terms.
By completing a booking, you may also be agreeing to the applicable supplier's:
- Conditions of carriage;
- Fare rules;
- Cancellation policy;
- Refund policy;
- Hotel rules;
- Rental conditions; and
- Other terms and restrictions.
Where supplier terms conflict with these Terms concerning the supplier's travel product, the supplier's applicable booking conditions may govern that travel product.

Prices displayed through Travellez may include combinations of:
- Base fares or room rates;
- Taxes;
- Government charges;

Certain charges may be payable directly to a supplier and may not be included in the amount initially displayed.
Examples may include:

- Seat-selection fees;
- Parking;
- Rental-car charges;

Currency conversions displayed by Travellez may be estimates. Your bank, credit-card provider, payment provider, or travel supplier may use a different exchange rate and may charge foreign-exchange or transaction fees.
8. Payments
Where Travellez facilitates payment, you authorize Travellez, its payment processor, or the applicable supplier to charge the selected payment method for amounts associated with the transaction.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment processors.
Travellez may use fraud-prevention measures and may refuse, delay, or cancel a transaction where there are reasonable concerns regarding fraud, unauthorized use, payment failure, or security.
Corporate Customers may have separate payment and billing arrangements governed by their agreement with Travellez.
9. Cancellations, Changes and Refunds
Travel reservations are subject to the cancellation, refund, exchange, and modification rules imposed by the applicable supplier and fare or rate selected.
Some bookings may be:
- Non-refundable;
- Non-changeable;
- Partially refundable;
- Subject to cancellation penalties;
- Subject to fare differences; or
- Subject to supplier service fees.
Travellez cannot guarantee that a supplier will approve a refund, cancellation, exchange, credit, or waiver.
Where Travellez assists with a cancellation or change, additional Travellez service fees may apply if those fees were disclosed as part of your corporate agreement or transaction.
Refund processing times may depend on the applicable supplier, payment processor, or financial institution.
Travellez is not responsible for delays caused by a supplier or financial institution after a refund has been properly initiated.
10. No-Shows and Missed Travel
Failure to arrive for a flight, hotel reservation, rail journey, car rental, or other travel service may result in the loss of some or all of the amount paid.
For airline bookings, failure to use one segment of an itinerary may result in the airline cancelling later segments.
Users are responsible for understanding applicable supplier rules.
11. Schedule Changes and Travel Disruptions
Airlines and other travel suppliers may change or cancel scheduled services.
Changes may include:
- Flight delays;
- Flight cancellations;
- Schedule changes;
- Aircraft changes;
- Hotel relocations;
- Route changes; or
- Supplier service interruptions.
Travellez may provide information or assistance regarding disruptions but cannot guarantee the operation or performance of any third-party supplier.
Where refunds, rebooking, compensation, accommodation, meals, or other remedies are available, eligibility may depend on the supplier's rules and applicable law.
12. Passports, Visas and Travel Requirements
Travelers are responsible for ensuring that they possess all documents and authorizations required for their trip.
This may include:
- Valid passports;
- Visas;
- Transit visas;
- Entry authorizations;
- Health documentation;
- Vaccination documents;
- Work permits; and
- Other required documentation.
Travelers are responsible for reviewing entry, transit, immigration, health, and documentation requirements before travel.
Information provided by Travellez concerning these requirements is informational only unless expressly stated otherwise.
Travellez is not responsible for denied boarding, refused entry, deportation, or other consequences resulting from inadequate or invalid travel documentation.
13. Loyalty Programs
Travellez may allow users to add airline, hotel, car rental, or other loyalty-program information to their traveler profile.
Earning or redeeming loyalty benefits is controlled entirely by the applicable loyalty-program provider.
Travellez does not guarantee that:
- Points or miles will be earned;
- A booking qualifies for loyalty benefits;
- Status benefits will apply; or
- A supplier will honour a loyalty-program request.
14. Expense Management
Where Travellez provides expense-management functionality, users may be able to upload receipts, categorize transactions, allocate expenses, and submit expenses for approval.
Expense information provided through Travellez does not constitute accounting, tax, or financial advice.
Corporate Customers remain responsible for establishing their own accounting, reimbursement, expense, and taxation policies.
15. Google and Third-Party Integrations
Travellez may allow users to sign in with Google or connect Travellez with Google Calendar or other third-party services.
Use of Google-connected functionality is also subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.
Travellez's access to and use of Google user information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Users may revoke Google authorization through their Google Account settings.
Travellez may also integrate with other third-party applications and services.
Third-party services are governed by the terms and privacy policies of their respective providers.

Our Privacy Policy is available at: https://travellez.com/privacy

The Services may occasionally be unavailable because of:
- Maintenance;
- Software updates;
- Internet outages;
- Supplier outages;
- API failures;
- Third-party systems;
- Security incidents; or
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We may modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue features of the Services where reasonably necessary.
20. Third-Party Services
Travellez relies on third-party systems to provide portions of the Services.
These may include travel inventory providers, airlines, hotels, payment processors, mapping providers, authentication providers, global distribution systems, cloud infrastructure providers, and other technology providers.
Travellez is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, service failures, insolvency, or misconduct of a third-party supplier except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
21. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Travellez is provided on an “as available” basis.
While we make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate information and reliable Services, we do not warrant that:
- All travel inventory will always be available;
- Supplier information will always be error-free;
- Every price will remain available;
- The platform will operate without interruption;
- Every third-party supplier will perform its obligations; or
- Every booking request will be successfully confirmed.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 10117552 Canada Inc. and Travellez will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services.
This may include loss of profits, business opportunities, revenue, data, or goodwill.
Travellez will not be responsible for losses resulting primarily from acts or omissions of independent travel suppliers, including airline cancellations, hotel service failures, transportation disruptions, supplier insolvency, or circumstances outside Travellez's reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Any specific contractual liability arrangements agreed between Travellez and a Corporate Customer in a separate written agreement will take precedence over this section to the extent of any conflict.
23. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, users agree to be responsible for losses or claims reasonably arising from:
- Fraudulent use of their account;
- Material violation of these Terms;
- Unauthorized use of another person's information;
- Illegal activity conducted through their account; or
- Intentional misuse of the Travellez platform.
This section does not apply to the extent a claim results from Travellez's own unlawful conduct.

Travellez may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:
- Fraud;
- Security risks;
- Material violation of these Terms;
- Non-payment;
- Unlawful activity;
- Abuse of the Services; or
- A request from the user's Corporate Customer.
Corporate Customers may also deactivate accounts belonging to their users.
Termination of access does not automatically cancel existing travel reservations unless expressly stated.
Users remain responsible for managing outstanding bookings and obligations.
25. Force Majeure
Travellez will not be responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
These may include:
- Severe weather;
- Natural disasters;
- War;
- Terrorism;
- Civil unrest;
- Epidemics or pandemics;
- Government restrictions;
- Strikes;
- Internet or telecommunications failures;
- Cyberattacks;
- Supplier system failures; and

This provision does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
26. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to:
- Travellez services;
- Technology;
- Suppliers;
- Business practices;
- Legal requirements; or
- Regulatory requirements.
The current version will be posted on our website with its effective or last-updated date.
Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
Continued use of Travellez after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
27. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to any rights or remedies that cannot legally be restricted, disputes relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
If a Corporate Customer has entered into a separate written agreement with Travellez containing different governing-law or dispute provisions, that agreement will govern the relationship with that Corporate Customer.
28. Consumer and Statutory Rights
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or waived under applicable consumer-protection or other laws.
If a provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, that requirement will apply to the extent of the conflict.
29. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
